GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTERS

Oral Presentations

Presentations will be limited to 12 minutes. We recommend presentations no longer than 10 minutes to allow for 2 minutes of questions.

Presentations should be created in a format compatible with PowerPoint (.pptx).

Presenters are expected to upload their presentation not less than two hours prior to their scheduled session. Presenters will be contacted prior to the symposium with upload instructions.

Poster Presentations

Posters should be printed with a maximum size of 36"x48". ​

​Author Presence: During the poster session, presenters are expected to be in the room with their poster to field questions from viewers and judges. The of the poster session is TBD, but likely sometime between 3-5 PM.
